Cartpie is intended for extracting publicly accessible product information. You may not use it to extract content behind authentication, paywalls, or other access controls.
No personal data
Do not use Cartpie to collect personal data about identifiable individuals, including reviewers, sellers, or customers. Our plugins are tuned to return product fields only.
Respect site terms
You are responsible for respecting each retailer's terms of service and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Cartpie does not grant you permission to bypass those terms.
Rate and volume
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, share API keys across organizations, or use Cartpie to launch denial-of-service attacks against any retailer.
Takedown and region requests
We honor good-faith takedown requests from rights holders and region-specific compliance requests (DMCA, GDPR right to erasure, etc.). Contact: aup@cartpie.com.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Egregious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
