Data we collect
Account email, organization name, billing details (via Stripe), and API usage metadata (timestamps, endpoints, request IDs). We do not store the bodies of your extraction requests beyond the cache window.
Data we don't collect
We do not collect personal data about end-consumers visiting the retailer pages you extract. Our plugins are scoped to product fields.
Subprocessors
We use third parties to operate the service: a cloud hosting provider, Stripe (billing), Supabase (authentication), and an analytics tool. A current list is available on request.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies only for authentication and session management on cartpie.com. No third-party advertising cookies.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage metadata is retained for up to 24 months for billing reconciliation and rate-limit enforcement.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data at any time. Contact privacy@cartpie.com.
