1. The service
Cartpie is an API that returns structured product data extracted from publicly accessible retailer pages. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Cartpie only with public product data, in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not use Cartpie to access personal data, bypass authentication, or violate any law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect a key has been exposed.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Pay-on-success calls are metered and billed at the end of each billing period. Overage rates are listed on the pricing page.
5. Data we return
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of extracted data. You are responsible for how you use the data your account retrieves.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
