Custom ecommerce scraping, delivered as a feed

You name the retailers. We build the crawler, run it on a schedule and keep it working. You get a clean product data feed in a schema you approved.

A retailer data feed, built for your list of sites.

Some sites are hard to collect. Pages load prices with scripts, listings change every day, and a crawler that worked last month stops working this month. Building that in-house means a developer who spends most of their time on repairs.

We take that work off your team. We build a crawler for the retailers or sites you name, run it, and deliver the results as files, into your own bucket, or through an API. You approve the schema before the first run, so the feed fits your database or spreadsheet as it is.

Typical fields are title, brand, price and currency, sale price, stock, variants such as size and colour, category, GTIN or SKU, and product URL. If you need something else from a public product page, we add it to the schema.

Three steps from list to feed.

  1. 1

    Scope call

A short call. You name the retailers, countries, fields and how often you need the data. We agree on a schema and a delivery method.

  2. 2

    Feasibility check and test sample

We build a first version of the crawler and send you a sample from each site. You check the fields and coverage before anything is billed monthly.

  3. 3

    Monthly feed

The crawler runs on your schedule: daily, weekly or monthly. We monitor each run and fix it when a site changes. Monitoring and fixes are included.

Public product pages only.

We turn down work that needs any of the following. It keeps your feed clean and keeps both of us out of trouble.
  • Pages behind a login
  • Personal data of any kind
  • Checkout, basket or account areas
  • Redistribution of product images

Retailers we already support

If your list includes these, we start from working code.

  • SHEIN
  • Primark
  • Dunelm
  • Superdry
  • Shopify stores

Priced per project.

We price each project after a scope call, based on the number of sites, the volume of products and how often you need the data. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime. Monitoring and fixes are included. For ready-made data and API plans, see pricing.

Questions about custom scraping.

How long until I see a first sample?

We give you a date on the scope call. It depends on how many sites you name and how hard each one is to collect. You see the test sample before you pay for a monthly feed.

Which sites can you scrape?

Retailers, marketplaces and brand stores with public product pages. Send us the list and we check each one. If a site cannot be collected reliably, we say so instead of selling you a feed that breaks.

Is this legal?

We collect public pages only. We do not log in, do not collect personal data, and do not touch checkout or account areas. Product facts such as price, stock and specifications are what we deliver. You decide how to use the data under the law that applies to you.

What formats and delivery options do you support?

CSV, Parquet or JSON files, delivered by download link, into your S3 or GCS bucket, or through an API. The schema is agreed with you before the first run.

What happens when a site changes?

We monitor every run. When a retailer changes its pages and the crawler breaks, we fix it. Maintenance is part of the monthly price, not an extra ticket.

How long is the contract?

Monthly. You can cancel anytime. There is no annual lock-in.

Tell us which sites you need.

Send the list and a few details. We reply to book a scope call.
