Use whatever you have. A product link copied from the site, the numeric product ID, or the SKU style code. ID and SKU lookups take a country code so we know which site to read.

UK, US, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Australia, Japan and more. Each request returns the price and currency a shopper in that country sees.

Live, not stale

Each call reads the product as it is now. You control freshness: reuse a recent result for free, or ask for a new read when price and stock matter.

FAQ

Which SHEIN countries are supported?

The API works with SHEIN's country sites, including the UK, US, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Australia and Japan. Pass a product URL from any of them, or a product ID or SKU plus a country code.

What's the difference between a URL, a product ID and a SKU?

A URL is the full product page address. The product ID is the number in that URL, after "-p-". The SKU is SHEIN's style code, usually starting with "s" and shown on the product page. All three point to the same product; ID and SKU need a country so we know which site and currency to use.

What are the rate limits?

Rate limits depend on your plan. Higher plans allow more requests per minute. The current limits are listed on the pricing page.

What happens with sold-out products?

You still get a record. The title, images and last listed price come back with availability set to out of stock, and each variant shows whether it can be bought.

How accurate are the prices?

Prices are what a shopper in that country sees on the product page at the time of the request, in the local currency. Where SHEIN shows a crossed-out price, it comes back as originalPrice.

Can I get every SHEIN product through the API?

The API is built for lookups: one product per request, live. If you need whole catalogues, a country's full product list or history, use the SHEIN dataset instead.
